Career Officer title on forum...

I believe it says on the list of lifer rewards that the user can access the Career Officer title here on the forums....I am a Lifer, have been for over a year, and I can't seem to find a way to change it

    At the top feft is an icon that say's edit your avatar this area also lets you change you title.
