We need Audible voiceover call outs for PvE and PvP

Im tired of inept pubby crews doing Red Alerts and failing because they are all tooling around with the support ships instead of focusing some firepower on the mothership log. I tried to type in the chat HIT THE MOTHERSHIP but apparently no one sees that.

It would be nice if there were a few voiced callouts we could activate when a veteran STO player needs to take command of the fleet and direct the other ships to victory when they are noobs. So when you hit a chat command, it activates a voiceover command players actually hear, so they get the message if they arent looking at your ship at the time. Code it where each voice command can only be used 2-3 times a match if need be so it isnt abused, but some audible callouts to guide the noobs would be helpful.

My only suggestion, and others may have other callouts they think would be helpful, is
"Im taking command of the fleet, focus all your fire on the mothership"

    Now imagine everyone thinking they are "the veterans" and shouting these commands at the same time. LOL. First thing I would do, is to turn it off.

    Yes, because all the "noobs" are going to automatically listen to the "veteran STO player."

    I think they'd be more likely to think it was an ingame call-out if done properly.
