"Rearrange HUD" impossible at DS9 orbit

I warped into the DS9 space instance and wanted to modify my HUD layout.


Pressed ESC, selected "Rearrange HUD" and the game tries to load the right interface only to be booted out of the ESC options entirely.

    I think this problem is happening in any system you enter. I had the same problem in the "New Romulan Home World" system and the "Delta Corvi" system as well.

    Open space seems to work, but for romulans thats not much help as the Singularity bar isn't there in open space, or more correctly sector space.
