Please also note that Tumerboy (AKA TacoFangs) did not eat these Tribbles as they were not [Tribble [TACOx2]]s. These Tribbles whereabouts are currently unknown, though. If found, please contact the Las Vegas Office of Missing Tribbles.

    Anyway ...

Nice interview. Though I think it's Iotians, not Lothians.

"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."

Nice interview but the Q&A should have been written in the proper Q&A format for easier reading.

With a new expansion comes new areas to explore and discover, but will we ever be able to visit the underground Reman city on New Romulus? ?Eventually, yes. We want to be able to visit that district, and we'll be slowly expanding the New Romulus cityscape. Starting with Legacy of Romulus, there's a new social hub that?s on New Romulus that only Romulans can get to, and you'll start to see the cityscape changing as the capital is being built. So yea, that area down there has definitely got some potential for some cool stories. I would expect to see it at some point in the future.?

    Glad someone liked my idea.

Though would've been more epic with a Romulan Spacedock in orbit. ;)

With regards to that Nexus comment; isn't there a nexus like thing visible somewhere in the Tau Dewa sector?

Wouldn't we still have about 40 years to go before the Nexus would be traveling through our quadrant?

think it's meant to be 2410 but sto being 3 years old is still telling the story of 2409

I thought it would have arrived back in our neck of the woods in 2410 on its original course, however Soran altered its trajectory, so would the Nexus still be coming back round into Federation space or has it spun off into uncharted space?

I wonder if it's worth more than a single featured episode. since they made an entire film about it before lol featuring kirk and picard, epic captains! would be cool too see it in game when we finally reach 2410 and as you say maybe it's trajectory has changed slightly. there is nothing to say it has to be in the same places as it was in generation. since it was meant to pass thru the galaxy. sto could feature it any where.

No audio on this one due to some technical difficulties. Audio ended up corrupted and we decided to transcribe it and write it up in this format. Brandon was gracious enough to give us his time to do the interview and asking him to redo the interview would have took too much of his time. Sorry about that.

Speaking of melee weapons, are Starfleet going to get knives? Janeway used one, which she got from a weapons locker on Voyager, in the episode "Macrocosm". It appeared to be based off the KA-BAR combat knife.

Knives , mek'lets and d'tahgs are a good idea, but can we also have the rest of the melee weapons like Nausicaan swords, tsunkatse blades and such in fleet advanced or elite versions?
Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.

Completely forgot about the Ushaan-tor, that's another one Starfleet could use. For Romulans, the only one, besides the Reman blade weapons, is the Teral'n which appeared in the 2009 Star Trek film and the Countdown comic.
