since i merged my account with PWE i have no recourse for cleaning out my entire inbox. Its gets so full it slows down the game when I open the inbox. The UI is so slow it takes me upwards of ten seconds to delete a message at times. So I cant keep up with the influx of items sold on the exchange messages.

This really needs to be addressed.

It really does need to be addressed because all of the mail that can back up ingame can cause client crashes and its damn near impossible to delete the mail ingame when you have too many messages.

We used to be able to do mail cleaning on the old forums...

.. I miss the old forums *sigh*

So, Cryptic and PWE's response is to bloody ignore this problem? neither company will address this issue and their response is always "post it on the forums where we will never address your problem".
possibilities are a thing of hope, sometimes it drives us toward something better

click delete then hold down the enter key. Keep clicking delete until done... This is the only way, and while faster than normal, it's still super slow, +1 for mass delete.

Seriously. My PM box is so full it LAGS THE GAME when I open it. Not cool. This should be such a simple fix. Please fix with Legacy update.

How about making the "item sold on the exchange" mail optional? Something I can turn off and not receive. That would fix most of the problem.

Or at least make those messages auto-delete after 7 days or something.
