On the character select screen after the last patch, the boffs dont tend to show.

when you select a different character or enter the game, they briefly start to load.

I have not seen my Romulan boffs show up on the tribble, nor the fresh fed i made there, since closed-beta started for it.

I do have trasnfered holodeck chars who have boffs in the starterscreen.

We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."

This is happening to me also. In fact, they seem to be there, but hidden as they display right as I decide to log IN on that character (they don't appear to render/load, just appear). Additionally, I noticed that they don't also dematerialize with my main character as they did last patch.

This appears to be fixed now, and also awesome that the spacing for the BOFFs has been adjusted! :D

Edit: Occasionally the weapons/data pads still do not load on the first time, but they at least are not losing body parts.
