Fleet Anniversary event breaks our Starbase!

Our fleet wanted to share with the community another great event that we captured with some video: (HD option available)

Sadly, we found out that the Fleet starbase cap isnt the same as the member allowed cap! At about 100 people on our base is when a 2nd fleet starbase instance was forced.
We also found out that the Fleet Embassy cap is even lower (50ish), and no 2nd instance can be created =(
Either way, was still fun to get so many in the fleet together in one place. Fleeties were awarded with many prizes for their year of service to the fleet. Those that came, surely undocked with a cargo load full. And some even left in brand new ships

Perhaps a [DEV] could officially confirm both the cap of the fleet SB, SB system and Embassy.
