Stuck on Neutral No More ship selection

After I finished "Turning Point", I saw that I was eligible for a new ship, so I went and claimed it. Then I discovered that claiming a new ship was part of the Neutral No More mission. Since I already claimed a ship, I'm stuck on the "Claim a new ship" requirement. Please help!

    Try the following:

    There's two places where you can get ships from in Tau Dewa. The flotilla and New romulus command. If you claimed a ship at New Romulus for turning point, try claiming one at the Flotilla.

    Or, you can try it the other way around.

    Either way, you can strip that *second* ship of anything you need and discharge it.

    OK - I stripped it, discharged it, and commissioned another ship. Seems to have resolved the problem. Still, this is a bug that's going to throw off people if it isn't resolved.

    It's worse for me. I discharged the TOS warbird before I hit this bug, now even after getting the Dujhod CHariot from KDF side I still can't select a new ship (or dismiss the first warbird). I'm hosed - can't progress and not super excited about starting over for tribble perks.

    The most frustrating thing - I can't drop the mission. WTH?

    I had the same thing.

    All you have to do is claim the ship. Doesnt matter if you already have one.

    The token only works with the "centurion" level ship.

    I had the same problem post patch 4/30. I took the risk (character is only level 10) and deleted the ship I chose per patch and I was able to select the same ship type and clear the mission.

    I hit the same roadblock, so i also did the strip and replace, as the system would not let me spend the second token on a ship I already had.
    Everywhere I look, people are screaming about how bad Cryptic is.
    What's my position?

    So is the free ship token at centurion only work at said level, or could it be saved for subcommander? Just trying something, any info guys?

    If you mean can you claim the free ship token you got from Centurion to claim a Subcommander ship. I believe the answer is no. The token is tied to a specific tier. So a Centurion ship token, will only work on Centurion level Ships.

    It's my understanding that each token has a tier value I, II, III, etc. so I don't think you can save the token for a higher level ship.
    If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.

    Yeah what i thought just wanted confirmation, well got go grind some dilithium missions to get my mogai then :(

    No!

    I already had the Mogai and had this mission show back up. Had to use the token to clear it - no need to bother with deleting stuff.

    The token clearly says CENTURION. You cant get the lower ship or the higher ships.

    I think its a bug created by them changing the mission to we simply got a mission again we dont need. But you have to go thru all the motions.

    You dont have to "ready it" though. Once you talk to the costume officer the mission completes

    I see that several people have cleared this bug by discharging their ships and the purchasing a new one. For me, that has not worked at all. I am totally stuck. I can't "claim" a ship because no matter how many I buy, none of them are recognized by the server as having been purchased. I cannot complete the mission because I have supposedly not "Claimed" the ship I'm on. I cannot drop the mission. I cannot skip the mission. The only thing I can do is run Lieutenant missions for the rest of my lifetime membership, or I can scrap my toon, start over again and hope that the mission works the next time I get to it.

    p.s. I ran the mission with my Silver Account toon, and it worked perfectly.

    I discharged my old Warbird because I thought it might let me claim another if I did, but no such luck.
    Now I don't think I can discharge my current one to fix this...

    Anyone have any other fixes?
