Promotion mission

so far i made two characters the first the promotion missions at level twenty activated got ship but could not finish. The second character the mission never activated (storyline)?

    Same problem here. Claimed my T2 warbird but the mission "Neutral no more" won't complete and cannot be dropped.

    i got to the subcommander promotion mission and it also wont complete, i got my Mogai warbird and carried on playing, im now a Commander, and cant get my next ship till this mission does complete.

    same thing happened on my character, mission wont complete

    The Sub-Commander mission won't clear. It's a hack by the devs so you can't progress beyond that rank. There is already a huge thread about it, and dstahl gives that explanation.

    Neutral No More is a separate mission/issue. There is already a thread on that here.

    You cannot be commander yet as the beta content doesn't go past subcommander and as commander is equivalent to federation captain noone in the beta has reached commander yet noone has the d'deridex warbird yet subcommander and the mogai is as far as you can go presently.

    That's not true, you can get all the way to Romulan Vice Admiral if you so choose, it's just that the missions only go up to level 21. You aren't level-locked at level 21. There are people who are level 30 and even level 40, I believe.

    Well alright I guess you have a valid point however I have a second subcommander thats federation aligned and cant get the subcommander promotion to trip to get the mogai on that character and both neutral no more and bigger picture are bugged guess I'll have to wait til the next patch or just play on in the Dhelan warbird on that character.

    Well i didn't get any info about a new ship at level 20 so no mogai, but i did notice that because neutral no more won't complete i don't have enough spent skill points to really be a subcommander.

    I continue but am now commader 36 and it would be nice to get the next tier ship before i hit a double promotions like to test that ship

    no trigger for promotion to subcommander for me either and just hit 20. Did it before completing all centurion missions so not sure if its connected or not. So no ship token. Worked fine on my KDF-Romulan, issue seems to be on Fed-Romulan side perhaps.

    Got it and completed it on a FedRom earlier today
