Bought it by accident while purchasing the set of 3 for the weap/etc bonuses. I will trade it for your extra boxed ship you got from lockboxes, or will trade for a discounted price of 20 lockbox keys which costs 2250 Zen (buying this ship costs 2500 Zen). The Andorian Kumari is an account bound purchase, it cannot be traded.

I thought if it was in the box still it can be traded?

All store bought ship purchases can be reclaimed from the store as often as required so no they cannot be traded even if unopened.

The only tradeable ships are lockbox, lobi and mirror ships still in boxes.

Don't know if it will do any good, but perhaps send a ticket in to see if you can swap it for the one you want?

I haven't had this issue before so I don't know if it's something you can do, but I'd say it's always worth a shot.

could always try sending in a support ticket and try for a refund since you did actually buy a higher valued product.

don't look at it that way.

* keep it around and drop good gear into it over time that you pick up from drops. One day it will be ready to launch and you may end up loving it

* do something crazy with it: got most/all of a good set going, for a weapon type you don't normally use? here's a ship that can show you the upper limit of that weapon's effectiveness.

* tune it into something uber specific (optimized to take 1st place in Starbase 24, for example), and take it for a spin when you want to do that one special thing

* leveled a brand new Fed character, but feeling a little too poor to get them that perfect ship? here's an endgame ship they can fly right now, while you're waiting on that next paycheck/tax return/what have you. I'm eager to lvl up my engineer captain, just to see if he has the chops to keep a Kumari class alive. I don't think that's the ship I'll end up using in the long run, but I'm looking forward to see what this will feel like.

Ah, I think I understand now - you bought the single ship first, then the 3-piece. Yeah, if you did those in rapid succession, definitely submit a ticket and ask for a refund or credit or something. Not sure if they will give you one, but it's worth a shot.
