Permission to make Romulan character?

I wanted to create a Romulan character on Tribble but it said i do not have permission to, what can i do about this?

    cool :) didn't know they were handing out invites

    Will play around with my Tribble Fed character for a bit then.

    Do we have to apply for access to the Romulan content or will they just send the invite after a certain amount of time? And if we have to apply, what's the link? And if there's a post that answers all these questions what is the link for that too... Because I didn't see it. :P

    In a week or two, they'll open Romulan testing to all.

    No you dont need to apply, just have Tribble opened on your account and become a constructive tester to maximize your chances to get 'random' selected.

    I believe they stated they would have a open beta weekend coming up before it goes live, so just be patient and it'll come.
