Stuck in engineering

Hi there everyone.
Well today I thought I'd explore the rest of my Warbird and went to engineering. Fantastic map, by the way. Anyhow, I thought to myself - what would happen if I jumped down through those rotating things around the core?
Now I'm stuck down at the bottom of the shaft. There is no way to beam out or leave the ship from here (that I can see anyway). I've tried logging out but when I log back in I am still underneath the core.
Anyone found a way out of this?

P.S. Okay, there is a timer on this. I've just logged back again and I'm now back in the map I was in before going to the ship.

logging out for 10-15 min will usually reset any instanced map(excluding zones with other players obviously)
