Nice, this was exactly the reason why I asked. My tac captain has my K'tinga fitted with 2x EWP, and was wondering if i could increase burn procs.
This when fitting plasma cannons/turrets and plasma torpedo/harpeng with the plasma consoles and particle gens.
Although plasma cannons and turrets do less shield damage, the max boosted burns will be massive (i hope).
So i am curious if this would be stronger than my current phaser/quantum build

Can you post a screenshot of your build? Also does Aux or Engine power boost the DMG any?
the plasma boat builds are in my thread, link in in my sig. cryptic just kicked the builds directly in the nuts though on tribble, now plasma tac consoles no longer buff all plasma damage. they hate fun or something. those pics take me back, those are the pre AtB days. looks like i was using tetryon back then, not plasma, so at the very least you can still build plasma boats to that high a level. i could get EWP3 with all tac buffs and the tier 5 rom skill at 2k dot though at very best.
Side Note: Does anyone know if Starship Subspace Decompiler buffs the slow on Eject Warp Plasma? or if anything does?
Nope. Decompilers generally affect stuns and disables, not snares and slowdowns.

I'm about to start toying with the Lt. Tac ability since honestly Cannon spread with Single cannons is a joke. I'm thinking a plasma torpedo and torpedo spread might get the job done.

All turret build ? :eek: Why not singles in front at least. But overall, the build is odd...I mean, tyken on cruiser? That's outside of my area of expertise :P

Erase Tyken's from your memory. Seriously.
Unless you're running Tyken's 3 on a Sci is 5 Flow Caps. And even then, don't even think about it for more than a second - the drain is pathetic and it's broken so that it doesn't get buffed by the Flow Caps.
Dump Aceton Beam. Pick up RSP or Aux to SIF instead.
You're also pounding out 4 Teams... any more than 2 is a waste. 1 TacTeam and 1 EngTeam is going to be maxing out your CDs as it is. Drop ET 1 and go for EPtW, or drop ET 3 and go pick up the Aux to SIF/RSP that you don't have from leaving Aceton.

im pretty sure plasma energy tactical consoles would buff the dot too, but then you would have to use plasma weapons too, don't do anything crazy now

You might as well go all in
Plasma Infusers also boost up the Regent Class's Metron Gas Console/Riker Maneuver's damage. Wouldn't surprise me if it boosted the same.

I started a post here ( http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=9440871#post9440871 ) about my particular ship.
As an Engineer, you won't have access to the Tac Captain's Tac buffs.
Drunk doesn't run an Eng, he runs a Tac...
Oh well I guess I'll just be more utility then.
