I have the starter pack on consideration. Since it will give me a decent T5 ship to play with. Other than the "freebie" they offer. The other pack is just too darn much.
Other than that, I will buy the other stuff as I get closer to Lv50. As I still have other stuff to do as well. The Romulan is last in line as I play. All this will keep me busy for another year of playing.

Think I'll get the full pack. Not that I think I'm gonna need all the items in it, but because I think the Dev. Department have done an awesome job creating LoR.

I think I'll be able to spare the budget for the Starter pack, and that's fine for me. I don't need all the stuff in the Legacy Pack (most of which I can buy with Dilithium-Zen). I'll support Cryptic as much as I can here, and that's... sadly not too much.

Oh! I forgot to say that I plan on getting the D'ridthau Refit and the D'deridex Retrofit from the C-Store. To complete the 2-console set (Projected Singularity + Molecular Phase Inverter).
Players who use the consoles from both the Refit and Retrofit versions of the ship ? for example, the Valdore?s Shield Absorptive Frequency Generator and the Mogai Retrofit?s Ionized Particle Beam ? will benefit from a set bonus for having both consoles equipped.
D'Deridex and the bird of prey retrofits. One because it's my favorite ship in Star Trek, one because terrorizing things with cluster torpedoes while staying cloaked is going to be hilarious.
I'll also go for a TNG Romulan weapon/costume pack if one ever comes out.

And By C-store ship, I mean End game. A t1 or T2 C-store ship is useless in a game that levels up in 3 days unless they have a VERY good console.
Nothing at all. While i believe the new content is much needed a new faction included I am no fan of Romulans...they have become the alien trash of the galaxy...Admiral Cartwright had the right idea but only applied it to one species when there are 2.

Next to a "bug" the only good Romulan is a dead one....

I wanted to make a new Tactical character. I didn't remember the Reputation until it was already too late.
My only consolation is that I never bothered to actually grind any gear through it; I just wanted access to the cutscene missions at each tier.
