can not play mission Neutral No More

I tried several times to play this mission but the pirates never show up and i can't find em anywhere in the system
I also can not drop the mission to reset it

    it seems that on rom allied with KDF the mobs in the mission are listed as allies not enemies , so untill thats fixed i dont think youll be able to progress in that mission .

    if your stuck on the ship yard part , youlll have to strip your ship and decommission the ship and pick up another to continue , from what i understand this happens with fed and KDF allied roms .

    Make sure you are at the appropriate level. I had not problems with K-side, but every issue seems to be appearing on the Fed side. Level 12 for this mission. But the next mission can't me done until you reach the correct level to leave the sector. Far too many errors happening at this point.

    So far I deleted the ship I currently had then reaccepted the ship, now sends me to beta BUT I can also go into the missions area and click episodes and I was able to take memory lane.

    Another bug..
