I doubt it. The joined trill was only thrown in because kdf players at the time felt left out as it was a specific perk that come with something, and there was a loose connection with curzon and the klingons to make it work from a canon point of view.
but that was years ago, and i dont think they need to add every exisiting thing to the romulans if it makes no sense, so i would not hold my breath.
Please No? I never like the idea that Klingon can get a joined Trill in the first place. The excuse they made for add to the Klingon was just Horrible. The way Romulans are set up I can't see them have another species join them apart from the Ramen
"You ask why we give our ships computer normal emotions. Do you really want a warship incapable of loyalty?"
I'd say Vulcans.
In part because of Spock and in part because IMO it would make sense that some of them might want to take a more active role in helping their cousins establish a permanent home.
Regarding DeSeve...well even after 20 to 21 years in Romulan service he was still only an enlisted without any visible rank insignia.
This might mean he was still at the bottom fo the rank structure., possibly becasue the Romulans didn't really trust him.
So yeah Vucans make sense...humans...perhaps as DOFFS.;)

Trill were stupid for the KDF they would be stupid for the Romulans.
NO THANKS
Liberated Borg though... that'd be ok for Romulans i'd say.
They had Colonies assimilated when the Borg first turned up in TNG too, we just didn't see what the Romulans had to deal with behind their borders.
Remind me again whats the difference between a Romulan and a Vulcan?
The difference between East- and West- Germans in 1989 or the difference between North- and South- Koreans today increased by a factor of...a hundred or more.
why are ppl trying to turn the roms in to a federation.......
Because that's what Rome did when they conquered people. It was such that some areas celebrated being conquered by Rome because they could largely keep their culture, and reap the benefits of the Roman infrastructure.

Derp, I really misread that as turn the rome in to a federation, instead of roms. Derp. Mock me! I demand it.
The day that happens is the day we should just replace ESD with babylon 5 and all have omega class destroyers
However if you are talking about having a Joined Trill on the romulans side as playable and working with the romulans then why not, they already work for Feds and KDF
Nothing else is confirmed (though Liberated-Borg Romulan was hinted at by DStahl for Lifers).
Branflakes also says its just about all but confirmed in his recent Stoked Interview. he said it was highly likely but not set in stone yet, but it was sounding like a "yes to liberated romulans"

Exactly what I'm hoping for. I've never had an STO character that wasn't Joined Trill. I'd like to keep with that trend.
I have a joined trill fed char, but I never started one in KDF. It just seems wrong. Even doubly so for Romulan.
Liberated Borg Romulans I get, I think they've even shown a Romulan drone or two in a few episodes. However the liberated Reman they offer in the packs I don't see.
Until very recently, the Remans were slaves in the dilithium mines on Remus. I can't imagine very many of them got off their tidally locked rock of a home, so when would they have been assimilated in the first place?

Thirty years is plenty of time for Remans to get off-world. In fact, I recall that Reman General Xiomek and some of his troops disappeared with Donatra in 2387. And we all know what ended up happening to her.
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them." -Thomas Marrone

True, but I think that would be the earliest. Heck, he may have even been the first assimilated Reman. Wow, can't imagine they brought much to the collective.
Until around then, the Borg were still rebuilding after the devastation that Janeway caused (correct me if I'm wrong).
Add to that the odds of an assimilated borg actually being liberated. It doesn't bode well for the amount of liberated Remans we'll see (granted, I may even play one myself, but I'm just pointing it out )

Unfortunately I can't see Trills legitimately joining with the Romulan Empire before the Hobus nova. It's possible some might have joined afterwards, but they're not really Romulans, so when you're forced to ally with either the Feds or KDF, you'd kinda just be with all the other Trills in the Fed or KDF.

At least initially, the races are confirmed as:
Romulan
Reman
Generic-Alien
Nothing else is confirmed (though Liberated-Borg Romulan was hinted at by DStahl for Lifers).
Original Name: -Gen-Alaris
Days Subscribed: 1211 (As of May 26, 2013)
but that was years ago, and i dont think they need to add every exisiting thing to the romulans if it makes no sense, so i would not hold my breath.
Fed's got Klingons because of Worf
Klingons got Trill becasue of Dax
So Romulans should get Vulcans becasue of Spock.
Or Humans becasue of this guy
I'd say Vulcans.

Thanks for Harajuku. Now let's get a real "Magical Girl" costume!

When a Vulcan touches you, he reads your thoughts....When a Romulan touches you he's giving you a false sense of security.

Because D'Tan, a republic, epohhs, a whole section of the colony set aside for Remans to live together in harmony ... etc, etc, etc.

As I am not a big fan or knowledgeable about Star Trek as most of you, is this even possible in the history of the show?
I really enjoy the Joined Trill so far, it has been my very first non-alien created toon.
Romulans are a race that can play in the KDF and Federation factions
Are you going to make a joined trill romulan and then join the Fed or KDF as a Romulan Trill?
The day that happens is the day we should just replace ESD with babylon 5 and all have omega class destroyers

unless you count the alien generator, which i dont, romulans arent in the fed/kdf. they are allied with the fed/kdf but not a part of it.
Branflakes also says its just about all but confirmed in his recent Stoked Interview. he said it was highly likely but not set in stone yet, but it was sounding like a "yes to liberated romulans"
everytime I etner a ground pvp map I want to spam
" I am the hunter. You are my prey... now stop running so I can hang your skull on my wall! "
I dont think D'Tan wants to work with Sela's little hunting dogs.
in there head roms are all ready a federation hek they might as well change klingon defense force to klingon defense federation
