Legacy of Romulans Expansion

So basically if I bought a Lifetime subscription at the start of the game I still have to pay either $19.99 or $124.99 to get the Legacy of the Romulans expansion?

    The LoR expansion is free. The Legacy and Starter Packs are C-Store item bundles that you can pre-order and buy for 30% off the the price of buying them individually when LoR goes live. It's just C-Store items.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    The expansion is free. The Legacy Pack allows players to pre-order Romulan Ships (& other extras) at a bundled, discounted rate.
