Question about the FED Klingon character,

Thinking of getting it. But does the FED version have the same tattoo options that the Klingon side does?

Also, Can the FED klingon wear special costumes? Like the MERC/21st century attire?

    well I bought it. But idk how to switch my character over to being klingon. can anyone help?

    You cannot change the race of an existing toon. Race store options only give options for character creation so you could delete your current toon and make a Klingon one or buy a new character slot and make it there.
