Invisible walls on Dewa III not needed

Was playing Home Sweet Home and roaming the map (see: lost) and walked up some hills (loc 347 132 561) and at the top, I ran into invisible walls. Visibly, I should have been able to keep going. It broke immersion, and was frustrating since I couldn't proceed. This also happened when trying to avoid fauna.

I'd prefer preventing me from climbing the hill at all, instead of stopping me at the top.

    There are many annoying invisible walls I encountered.

    There is one mission on a ship where they are all over.

    I have encountered some invisible was as well some in ships and some elsewhere.
