Turret Fabrication [Ground, Romulan]

I feel like the Turret Fabrication power should spawn a Plasma Bolt Turret or similar. On my Fed Rom it's spawning a phaser bolt, so I imagine it's a disruptor bolt KDF side.

    This annoyed me a little bit as well. Though I can understand why, as it's an issue of how kits currently function. I'd like to see some Romulan specific kits available as an alternative to using KDF or FED kits, as that's already the case with ship availability for Romulans.

    Maybe its just me..... but....

    seems like it would have been far easier and taken less time to just make us a real faction with out forcing us into another and having to fix 100 little things that dont work well.
