Hazard Emitters non-functional

Since Patch, I have HE I on one of my BOffs, its greyed out and unuseable during space encounters. Currently using a Romulan Dhelan. Dont think that should make a difference but there it is.

Cloaked, not cloaked, fighting, not fighting... doesn't seem to affect. Can screen shot if you like but its not like flickering or anything, just greyed out and wont actually work if clicked or short cut selected.

    I encountered this bug, too.

    I suspect it might have to do with using Quantum Absorption?

    I wasn't cloaked... as stated in post, cloaked status didn't play into it... neither did combat.

    I.E. Its the Tal Shiar Deflector that's making Hazzard Emitters not to work.

    Should have known better than to use anything made by the Tal Shiar. :P
