Mission: "Mind Game" Bugged, doesn't acknowledge completion of tasks

I can play through the entire mission Mind Games, however the mission doesn't remember my completing of any of the objectives (still says the sub-mission is "Behind the Curtain" throughout the mission.

    Yeah, I got the same thing. Did it twice to be sure. On the third time I noticed that the items you need to pick up, will disappear, if you have a full inventory and close the window to pick up an item. Stopping all progress in the mission. No way to get those items, other than to start over again.

    Oh, and same. Went KDF.

    I got through the whole thing finished the final task, left for sector space and it started me over at teh beginning as if I'd never done anything.

    I had the same issue with this mission appearing to not be complete upon exiting the system back into sector space. Can not do the next Romulan mission until this bug is fixed.
