Mind Game Infinate Loop

So was playing and hit the mission Mind Game. Got through it, took out the boss ship and left the system, however after I get back out into sector space it does not let me turn it in, instead I just get sent right back to the midway point of the mission.

I have tried everything from logging out then back in to dropping the mission and picking it back up but nothing works.

    I've been unable to complete this mission as well. Much like Abaddon, I've completed the mission to its end, defeated the boss, gone home a hero and all, but it doesn't progress for me. It's still convinced I need to do the beginning part of it.
