Shooter mode bug

i tend to stack my kit powers upwards on skill tray 3 soi just have to press R and mouse button, yet instead of skill activating my weapon is firing, IE press R and right click to use Chroniton mine barrier (normally is Control+2 key) and my weapons alt fire activates instead
