During "The Hunt is On" when you enter the apartment building, and look in the two left hand room doors, the ones without the enemies. there is an open blue space where the floor should be. if you go in you fall below the world and respawn, my away team did not repawn when I did. the other two doors, where the spies are were fine and was able to clear the room, enter the next room and investigate the transporter and advance the mission.
Ya I posted about this earlier and some of the other bugs in this mission. Best Fed trap ever and my guess is that door should have been locked as it has no reason to open. The mission is not in that room or any NPCs.
When eliminating the Federation Spies in the apartment complex, quite a few of the enemy contact groups walk into walls and get stuck there. My avatar cannot target them, but my BOFFS chase them into the walls and have this invisible battle with random arms and legs sticking out. And since BOFFS are inefficient and slow fighters, it takes MUCH longer to defeat the stuck enemies and I'm just sitting around waiting for them to finish.
Also the door leading to the Federation Spy Master can open and the Spymaster can be defeated before the objective ordering his defeat appears, breaking the mission and requiring a re-start.
