Legacy of Romulus-Crash

Hi,
I have a problem with Legacy of Romulus, Romulan character. I?ve created a Romulan character, all things. Then I hit button Engage! to start my game with Romulan. Then, I see the Loading screen and after a few seconds the game crashes and appears the Cryptic window with Ooops! The game crashed or something...:( Can somebody help me please??
