When going through my first run of this mission, during "Protect Slamek During Bypass" Slamek never leaves his hiding instead of running to work on the transmitter. As a result, "Escort Zden and Slamek to the shuttle" was not able to be completed since Slamek is still cowering.
After beaming up then back down and redoing the mission though, it all went smoothly.

    I have the same issue. However, beaming up and backdown and redoing the mission doesn't seem to have worked for me.

    I too have this bug. I was able to pass the mission by beaming back up to the ship using the beamout icon on the minimap (it will say progress will be lost but must be dont), then continuing the mission.
