Which of these 2 bop is better? And why? And I plan on being a high spike damage bop. Thanks

    B'rel R has about the same hull/shields of a yellowstone runabout - so it's only really good as a torp boat.

    I love my torp boat and an looking forward in 2 weeks to getting the Fleet B'rel - yeah 3k extra hull and extra eng console! - whooppie!!
