WOW, why bother using any other species in a BoP?

Using Rom VR Tac, and Eng officers on my BoP. All I can say is, wow... What a difference when you're cloaked!

The reduced time before you can use battle cloak again, also makes a huge difference for hit and run.

It's amazing.

Higher damage for the first 15 seconds after decloaking, and faster ability to recloak, I don't know how I ever flew a BoP without having a full set of Roms before...

    I thought it wasn't supposed to stack. The only thing that was supposed to stack was the defense boost.

    The Subterfuge Trait no longer provides a percentage-based increase, but instead provides a large increase to the "Starship Stealth" skill of their captain.

    +100 / +150 / +200 for ranks 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

    All ranks of the Subterfuge Trait have gained a Defense bonus.

    +1.25% / +2.5% / +3.75% for ranks 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

    The Stealth Bonus and Ambush Bonus from having multiple Bridge Officers with Subterfuge does not stack, but the Defense bonus will.

    Also, the only cooldown decrease on cloaks from the Superior Operative trait can only come from the Rare male Romulan Tactical BOFF. Not the Very Rare. There are no Very Rare Tactical BOFFs with Superior Operative.

    It hasn't gone into effect, and that's what I meant.

    I suppose the more important question is, what are you going to do when they FIX your little exploit? :)

    they are going to fix it? as they fixed the emo romulan (romulan ships shoots themself with plasma torps)? they made a patch note about this issue that they "fixed" and is still out there in the game.
    there is a very good chance that his exploit could work for a few seasons:))
