Another thing: i am thinking in pvp kdf toon
Oh sugar, you are thinking of Federation cruisers...Kdf cruisers are much much meaner and with better turning. There is a reason we call them Battle Cruisers instead of regular old cruisers.
I think for the most part that Raptors are difficult to use given that they turn from far back on the ship which is just odd overall. The BoP however is just a fun thing to fly, but a bit underpowered and somewhat useless imo in PvE, in PvP it can be a Q-send. I think alot of people just generally go with the Battle Cruisers, thought I got the C-Store Naussican Destroyers and those are just wonderful for me.
Tactical can probably use all those ships to decent effect, with the least best option being the carriers.
As you're a beginner KDF player, I suggest sticking with raptors or battlecruisers. The battlecruisers are NOT like Federation cruisers. . .these battlecruisers can equip dual cannons, and are able to maneuver better. They're much more oriented for attack power.
My PvP toon is Krov, of The House of Snoo. Beware of my Hegh'ta of doom.
Klingon tac officers in KDF battlecruisers can be unbelievably lethal. Think of them like overgrown patrol escorts. They're a bit slower to turn, but they're very tough and can mount dual cannons and DHCs and pack the 8 weapon slots.
My advice is to play through the storyline with your starter BoP to get used to it until you get the mission Temporal Ambassador. That will earn you a free battlecruiser, the Kamarag. Fly that for a while and see how you like. Then switch to a Raptor when you get to Captain level. That way by the time you reach brigadier general and unlock the tier 5 goodies you'll have played the three main ship styles.
When you get to that point remember you can get the excellent mirror ships on the exchange for dirt cheap.

Oh, i dont read this before i post in other thread, thanks to all for your ideas, one question more before take a ship... the skill tree is the same with battlecruiser and bop and carrier?
@mirrorseacat: nausican cruiser?? for example?? i dont know that ship

The points you need to invest will differ based on the ship you're using, so you don't quite invest the same ammount of points in same skills in BoP compared to a carrier for example. Take a look around these Klingon forums for some builds, there are quite a few threads regarding each class of ships.

The Nausicaan ships are all in the C-store, to be bought with Zen.

Best advice you could be given, that way you get a chance to play all of them before committing to a top level ship and realising you've made a mistake. I did that with my first KDF character who was also an engineer. I went with the carrier, luckily he had the Bortas (free back February 2012) ship available and still uses that today.

Do not ever compare those Federation Travesty's they call "Cruisers" with a Klingon Battle Cruiser, Ever.
The Highest Alpha ship in this entire game is a Klink cruiser.
BTW, I have much fun in my Guramba Siege Destroyer, I also have a great deal of fun in my Jem Heavy Escort and Dread.
Another ship I greatly am enjoying is the HoH'SuS (Fleet) don't get a fleet Negh'Var, THAT one, you'll regret. Go for the Vorcha Retrofit when you hit level 40 instead of the Negh'Var if it'll be a ship you'll be "stuck with" for an extended period of time.
In every possible way, the Vorcha/Tarkhat is superior to the Negh'Var. If you want something bigger, get the Bortasqu'.

Talk to J'mpok
Get the ship token
go to the shipyard, get the raptor.
You get the NOrgh BoP by default.
When you hit level 25, you can then cycle between the Norgh BoP, The Raptor, and the Battlecruiser. By level 25, you get all 3 classes of ships.
BoP from start, after talking to J'mPok for the commander mission, you get ship token, go to ship yard, by the Raptor.
Now you get bird of prey and raptor, cycle through them back and fourth, yada yada yada.
Go do Temporal Ambassador, get the Cruiser.
Now by level 30 you should know EXACTLY what ship you prefer.
I am also a tac captain and I drive a Fleet Tor'kaht battlecruiser. KDF vessels are more flexible because many of them can mount cannons and/or beams, while only a small handful of Fed ships can.
First you need to decide which ship you enjoy flying the most, and then you'll have to decide which weapon type you prefer. The tactics are different when using cannons or beams. Also you might as well save up enough dil to exchange for Zen, because most likely once you've become experienced enough in the game to decide which ship type you like, and which weapon type you like you'll need to buy a respec token and redo your stats to support your ship type and weapon type.
For me personally I enjoy beams, so my Tor'kaht runs 7 beams plus a Kinetic Cutting Beam from the Borg Reputation System. With the bug fixes to beam fire at will I pull 9k dps consistently with my setup.
well, i need for advice for which ship is better for a tactical: i read some threads where some tact use: bop, raptor, battle carrier and... A CRUISER!!! i cant believe a tact in cruiser...
Actually, Tactical captains in Fed cruisers can put out high damage with beam arrays, too - escpacially in those having 4 tac consoles. However most Fed are ignorant peta'Qs not knowing how to fight at all. With one exception: Kirk. But he was in fact a Klingon (realy!).

Nausicaan line of ships:
Commander Level - Vandal Destroyer (has Plasmonic Leach console, very usefull)
Captain Level - Scourge Destroyer
Luitenant General Level - Guramba Siege Destroyer - and a damn good ship!
