There's a number of ways you can look at it:

Size. The mega-fleets with over 400 members (alphabetical): 44th Fleet, Access Denied, Ausmonauts, Battle Group M.A.C.O., Borg Syndicate, Federation Deepspace Operations, Fubar Inc, Guardians of Equestria, Inner Circle, LaFamilia, Orion.Empire., Pride of the Federation, Proteus, REDdit Alert, Section 08, Section 31, Shadow Force, TRIBBLE., SSOG, Starfleet M.A.C.O., Task Force Spectre, UFP

Total XP for Starbase (top 10 fleets are all level 16-18): Pride of the Federation, Task Force Spectre, Jupiter Force, 44th Fleet, Access Denied, REDdit Alert, Section 31, Battle Group M.A.C.O., Federation Deepspace Operations, Inner Circle
Tier 5 structures (in order of completion)
Tier 5 Starbase - Task Force Spectre, Jupiter Force, Access Denied, Federation Deepspace Operations, 44th Fleet
Tier 5 Shipyard - 1st Aquarius Division, Access Denied, Federation Deepspace Operations, 44th Fleet, Inner Circle
Tier 5 Fabricator - Task Force Spectre, Jupiter Force

    Nice to see bgm listed there, worked hard for everyone to get our group where we are, and normally we stay out of the light for a reason ;) We are picky about who we take in and try to be a family style group, dont recruit just anyone. Thanks for the list.

    Thank you for the information! Been wondering if any fleet has reached tier 5 science yet. I'm excited for those elite pets, but so far all fleets look to be working on t5 eng and t5 shipyard. If by chance one of the fleets get t5 science could you get screenshots of the elite pets stats on here or somewhere on the forum?

    As a reminder, 1st Aquarius Division hit T5 Starbase on 4/4/13, so you can move it from in-progress to completed.
    Fleet Leader of the first completed T5 Shipyard on Holodeck (January 24, 2013)
    Part of the first team to beat the No Win Scenario (both KDF and Fed)
    It's been a long road, getting from there to here~

    So Task Force Spectre has started the upgrade for the elite pets right?

    Tier 5 Communcations Array - Task Force Spectre

    When you guys finished will you or someone in your fleet post pics of the elite ships for everyone? It'll help bring sales your way.

    They have, and they intend to post the elite hangar pet info on the day the upgrade is complete.

    I feel the need to point out you forgot to mention Black Op Armada, 5 divisions with over 2,000 Members. Granted we're only about half-way to T5, but as far as mega-fleets...uhh...yea...BOA counts.

    I believe this needs updating, 12th fleet has over 600 very active members across 3 active fleets including a KDF fleet and well over 1500 members in total that play casually.

    For several reasons, fleet size is no longer being tracked. For starbase progression with fleets that have multiple divisions, only the highest ranking one is considered.
