So I've been sitting on this for a bit and wasn't sure if it was worth bringing up but since the point of the boot camp was to learn, missing an installment, even if it was about something my class talked about in the first session, wouldn't work well.
Last gathering, the February 26th one, I logged into the TS early to do a make up session for January so I could do the third session in the evening. I put make up in my nickname as requested and all that. Then I got put in a Third Session class room.
So I never got to attend the second class, I know it was about builds, and I know we talked a lot of about builds in the first session I had (I had since shunned all special consoles and focused heavily on phaser relays and shield boosting consoles to keep my escort/breen cruiser alive depending on what I was flying and boosting it's damage potential)
But even though PvP isn't something I tend to do as a main portion of the game I did join this Boot Camp to learn all that I can, so missing a session, and then a make up session, even if by accident, sits odd with me. So guys, teachers, coaches, what should I do? I don't think there's going to be another make up session, and I do want to see this through to the end. Should I ask for an individual session? A sit down and discussion about builds? Give me your thoughts.

Thanks for letting us know about this oversight. Sometimes in the flurry of putting students with teachers, one of us forgets to ask if you are here for a makeup session or the regular session. You are in luck, however. We are just starting to hold a number of makeup sessions for people who happened to miss one or two. The first one will be held next Tuesday (12.2.2013) and will cover Part I of the curriculum. Another makeup session will be held soon after that to cover Part II, but the date hasn't been set. Just keep your eyes on this subforum where these makeup sessions will be announced.
If for some reason this happens again, just tell a coach or me. We can easily fix this on the day of Boot Camp but not if we don't know it is happening=)
Thank you I'll keep a look out, hopefully the session will take place at a time I'm not at work or on campus. Since I really want to see this through to the end.
*Sigh* I wish I didn't have to ask, but is there any chance of a makeup session for session 4, or should I just plan on going through the rotation again?

I've been asked a few times tonight, it seems likely, but i don't have an actual answer.
I am perfectly happy to go through the 4th session with you privately, and if enough are in a similar bind I'm sure I can tempt a few coaches to jump on TS to lend a hand.

I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.
Well...I accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders, Master Keys, FSMs, DOFF packs, and other items worth large EC values.
Don't lie Mimey, you'll take the usual handful of bottletops & sea shells and you'll like it!
