How to build dill on tribble

ok so i understand the concept of taking your dill and putting it in "limbo" in the zen exchange, deleteing your toon than re transferring it. Thing is the exchange is offline on tribble. are we just plain old out of luck to try and buy ships on tribble to test?

i for one find it rediculous they have zen or dill prices up on a TEST server

    Agreed. I thought the point of a test server was to allow players to actually TEST things.

    I find it strange that on Tribble, you cant buy ships with Zen you have over there. I wanted to try out both the Fleet Assault and normal Assault cruisers before buying either on Holodeck as pretty cheesed off with Cruisers atm but nope, no luck.
    Is there a reason for this?

    I imagine the reason is one of either simple oversight and laziness, or something involving rude words and mocking laughter.

    With the romulan c-store ships, I would think Cryptic could give out "Tribble only" zen to test these ships out, and find if they got any bugs or not.
    Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.

    Well they could make a npc who would offer u 1-2day time limited ships for free so we can do the testing part.

    Yeah...they even used to do that in the past.
    Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.

    It seems to even go beyond that. Whenever I go to the ship tailor at least it seems to forget that I've bought any c-store ships, even if they're in my inventory.
