and blind apparently, thx didnt see that thought only romulans

    KDF and Romulan character creation is closed at the moment.

    Two possible reasons for this.
    1. Focuses people on what the Dev want us to focus on
    2. The new tutorial isn't ready yet. And to have it available now would result in lots of posts complaining about bugs when it's only half finished.

    If something isn't in Tribble release note then it's not finished and/or available.
