Why: Photonic Shockwave Detonator taken off Photonic Scientist's CD?

Will someone please explain why this change happened? The Nadeon Detonator Console with its 3 mins CD was never really useful until the Photonic Scientists were able to reduce that cooldown. Why nerf something that wasn't even powerful to begin with?

    Because you could create a build that caused photonic shockwave every 10s or so...

    10 secs? More like every 45 secs or so. So that is no reason. Anybody else?

    If you knew the trick to it one could easily get turn a rounds under 45 seconds.

    I do feel the 3 minute CD is a bit long though.

    truthfully...i think all weapon enhancements should be 1 min CD. 2 mins is just far to long in general.

    Well you have to combine with standard photonic shockwave and cycle it. But hey, what can I know.....

    look all I will say is this.............I got mine to fire off every 20 seconds now I have to admit I thought it was a little much but ...I did enjoy it while it was here oh and when you can fire it off like that in pvp its ..............awsome
