bug cant get past charectur select

i cant get past character select. 3 old toones are already on there and they wont load and i cant delete them when i try the delete popup appears but said invalidentityname. wen i type that the button lights up and i click it and nothing happens if i type the name of the toon it dosn't light up.

when i click play everything, but the menu in the bottom right and the background, disappears and it stays there no matter how long i wait also when i select a toon they and their ships dont appear.

if you can delete one of them for me that would be appreciated

im running windows 7 64bit
i was able to create a foundry character but was also unable to delete it.
i tried the win xp mouse cursor cant select workaround ( -enablerawinputsupport 0) and was able to delete the foundry character but still cant play or delete my 3 characters
after selecting the foundry char and switching back to the others the foundry char stays in the background and the others wont replace it
now i cant create a foundry
i have tried running safe mode
i have used a different account and got in just fine played through the tutorial without a problem on it

    this is what i see when i try to delete one of them

    it looks like they may have been deleted but it still thinks they are there (like when you click on a shortcut that the file its pointed at is missing)
    i cant access them through gateway either it times out "The resource you requested wasn't received in a reasonable time. You can refresh the page and try again."

    i was able to transfer two characters over to tribble on top of the three already there. the two new ones work.
    but only two of my 7 would transfer over the others wouldnt after the character transfer page said success.

    I've moved 1 character over but none of the bottens work I can not grt past the character selct page.

    that sounds more like a different bug if you are running xp try the fix in this thread pg 3

    after the patch i still cant play or delete the three characters i already had on trible and can only transfer 2 of my 7 to tribble they transfer to redshirt just fine also i cant create a new character. i tried multiple computers and accounts and only my acount has the problem and it does it on all the computers iv tried.

    still cant delete the three, create new, and can only transfer 3 out of 8 one of wich i just created on holodeck

    toon i managed to transfer sometimes dosnt load right and just shows rank under name but dosnt show ship or toon(intermittent)

    what i see if i try to select one of the non working ones first(end up with only the background and menu left if i click play and have to manually close the program because it stays that way)

    i cant figure out why i cant transfer 5 of my toons one of wich has never been on tribble and i cant find anything in common with the 5 one of wich is a klink the other 4 are fed, also nothing in common with the 3 that can transfer (1 year old klink, 1 1month old fed, 1 1 day old fed)

    if possible id like to get those 3 deleted

    Just a quick post to let you all know that we're looking into this. I think I mentioned it in the other thread about this issue, but now I'm not sure. :)
