UI problems

Mouseover option dos not work in ground or space hud options.
Keybound special mouse keys are not functioning.
Save UI option does not work. No ui_settings.txt file is produced.
Reduced scaling causes elements of the UI disappear, some text jitter on dvi monitor.
If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.
Oh Hell NO to ARC

    my chat window is bugged when you get a whisper and then hover over there name and handle to reply back to them it just highlights it and does nothing. you physically have to type the command for it to reply back or use the friends screen and then private message to do it.
