I'm really liking the new graphics and high definition on the tribble server, which may just be on my end, but I'm seeing a much better picture(besides the terrible new UI). But I run the maco engines on my ship, which creates the a-synchronous warp field in sector space, and even though it ripples on the holodeck server, it is really distorting the image of the ship, its making it somewhat difficult to see the ship and was wondering if anyone was having this problem also?

It's a trick of the mind. The graphics are exactly the same as they are on the Holodeck, but just Tribble handles it differently. Once this goes live, you likely won't notice any difference.
It's quite probably your graphical settings between holodeck and tribble are different. If your holodeck settings are lowered, then you might notice an increase in fidelity when logging on to tribble for the first time.
