Is it coming for the Romulus expansion?

    Nope.

    It will be:

    Fed & Fed-Rom vs. Fed & Fed-Rom
    Fed & Fed-Rom vs. KDF & KDF-Rom
    KDF & KDF-Rom vs. KDF & KDF-Rom

    So basically, it will be the same.

    Perhaps worse, eh?

    Those that went KDF to fly a cloaked ship might simply return to Fed to roll a Fed-Rom and fly a cloaked ship.

    u mean people who fly cloaked ships with no targets might have to roll romfed to get at the fed v fed only lamers

    Nah, the folks that decided to roll a KDF toon just because they wanted to cloak without having to Defiant/Gal-X - might decide to roll a Rom to go Fed. So the KDF numbers might shrink somewhat.

    so were really talkign about battle cloak.. the only one that counts anyway

    Cheap way to make it happen, again they show that they ahve no clue how the pvp system code works, they rather not touch it ever again.

    At least they could be honest with us and say

    "hey we have no clue how our code works and we have no stinking clue how to ever change anything in the pvp system without totally breaking the game in half, so dont ever expect any pvp changes ever again"
