  Lobi should be account bound with the ability to transfer it between characters, other items are I believe bind on equip, not completely sure on that though. And I agree that Purple grade very rare ships should be account wide unlock considering how expensive they actually are. Whether you are buying the keys with real money or grinding and manipulating the exchange, somebody somewhere along the way is spending a pack of cash to make the system work, making those Lobi ships way more expensive in real dollars than their C-Store counterparts.

  I would say "Yes" to all questions except #3.
  
  I would like to see anything purchased via Lobi be bound to account, so in the event one of my Feds inadvartantly obtains something cool with any excess Lobi, I could transfer it to my Klingon alt.

  If by updated you mean prices revisited I agree.
  
  over $200 worth of zen needed to get enough lobi for a 800 lobi ship is absolutely taking the TRIBBLE.
  
  They are supposed to be micro-transactions. keyword: MICRO!
  
  $200 is hardly micro.

  Lobi should be account-bound, and costumes from the Lobi store should be account-wide.

  My main wish for the Lobi store is that we get some way to just buy Lobi crystals; so long as they're only obtainable via lockboxes (I don't count the meagre number from mission replays) then I won't be buying anything from the Lobi store, especially since the only thing I want (temporal warfare set) is 600 crystals! That's around 100 lockboxes!
  
  If could just buy Lobi crystals for some reasonable amount then I would.
  
  
  
  But yeah, given the rarity of them right now Lobi crystals and items need to be account bound.
