How do skill add to each other ?

Heyas fellow explorers!
Im new here and there is one big question that i just can not figure out on my own
.
When im in space or ground combat and i activate more then one skill at the time do they add values of each other or ?
So if i activate Tactical team and attack alfa pattern they bout give me + damage and if they do in which way ? I mean if my DPS is 10 and skill A gives+ 10% and skill B 10% does it end up with :
A - 10 (DPS) + 1 (A=10%) + 1 (B=10%) = 12 or
B - 10 (DPS) +1 ( A ) = 11 + 1,1 ( B=10%) = 12,1 ? or
C - 10 +1 = 11 DPS cos only first skill is counted ....

As opposed to consoles, which stack additively.
I hope you are right but it would feel better if i get a conformation or 2 more
