Very Rare Zero One and Stim Reduction

Hi, I was just curious if Hypos counted under Stims?

I have a very rare zero one doff and was wondering if I should slot it on ground or not.

    I might recommend selling that, and buying a blue, then keep the profits. The differences between the blues and purples is very little. However they are quite useful.
