Yup, there have even been people who wanted the Fed version replaced because they like the KDF one better.
There have also been people who've asked for a version that's better for colour-blind folks.
So yes it's been requested a lot.
And it looks like we're going to get one that can be multi colored thank God. The blue monochrome can become meh after a while.
And the all red Klingon...well everything it's almost impossible to see in some circumstances. Sadly this won't change the lighting on Klingon ships. Kruge's bird of prey had blue and white lights when not at battle alert!
