Got to hand it to Cryptic

Everyone begged for a romulan race for 3 years and not only did we get the race we got the whole cake also, my hats off to you cryptic, well played, well played

& Perfect World :)

    It might still be a bit early, I think Cryptic has more than earned the right to tell everyone to suck it. :D

    Considering they've released absolutely no details, you're being extremely premature.

    I said not to long ago Cryptic would be foolish to ignore the Romulan faction demand thats here now, before people grow tired of their lockbox tactics and leave. KDF be darned.

    It is about time. Now I have to download the client again... create a new character and I wonder how long it will take me to level up to 50 again.... for the third time?

    At least I have something to look forward to this Spring. :P

    I can't really get excited about the romulan faction now, because the mysterious enemy looks significantly cooler than the Romulans do.

    Honestly not long, even if you're not trying between running Mirrors and Starbase 24, plus DOFF system, you should be able to hit 50 in a week if it even takes that long. I had an old Tac captain sitting around at 40 and I got her to 50 in 3 days just switching over to her and turning in DOFF missions every few hours, then refreshing her assignments. Didn't play one mission or any content at all. It's very easy to level now, especially with all the skill point boosts available.

    I never wanted to level up a second toon, took me long enough to get all the great gear, always said if a romulan faction comes out i would do it again but honestly i never thought it would happen, looks like i need to stick to my word and looking forward to it honestly:D

    aww..i was looking forward to levelling a panda tac officer
    but seriously,,they should have done more klingon story first
    as it is now, we have approx. 1? faction
    lets see how much the rommy side adds to that
    but yea it is a good sign of the health of this game
    and they have improved client performance too
    good work, i have no problems with spending cash for a game of this quality

    8 of my 15 characters are at 50 (5Feds, 3KDF). It's not that hard to do. ;)

    And now I will be leveling 3 more to 50 after the May Expansion hits. :)

    I am SOO looking forward to finally be able to play STO as a member of the Romulan Empire.

    Romulans I like, always wanted to play one - Good going Cryptic.

    But another Rep system, "Doh!" - There OK if you have one toon, but so so boring to do for several. Two thirds of my toons just dont get played anymore cos I'm sick of all that click-slide, click-slide over and over again.

    (I considered doing 3 pages worth of "click-slide, click-slide over and over again" to make the point - but that would be silly wouldnt it, right?)

    At least change the interface to a one button "pay all", come on its not a starbase project with multiple people contributing is it?

    Go on, make a difference in S8.

    Looks good. And it looks like progression from Sela's Romulan Empire over to D'Tan's Romulan Republic?

    Looks exciting.

    I'm also very happy about the new interface. At last.

    They can paint a bucket green and call it a shuttle right now. The landing will be a bit on the heavy side, but when you're in orbit it hardly matters. :P
