I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.
It was very wise of the devs to make Leeta blue. If Leeta were not blue, her doff traits would be exclusive to that one purple doff and undermine the status of the Leeta doff as a novelty.
I would definitely support upgrading Dr Sibak to purple.
Does his cooldown to telepathic abilities stack with multiples?
I always thought Sibok was a wasted chance - here could have been a doff that offered a buff to telekenisis/mind meld damage/cooldown AND perhaps somemild resistance to psionic attacks. Oh well.

You can't stack him. Only one, and only affects like four abilities I think.
Mind Meld, Telekinesis, Rapture, and one other I can't remember off the top of my head.

I don't understand this at all.
To be clear on my own thoughts: I understand that the reality of rarity doesn't always equate to the "quality" of the DOff in regards to the color, but sometimes it can. It was the actual difficulty of getting the Leeta DOff that I was considering when I mentioned making her purple. It seems to me a DOff so novel should be purple, is all I'm saying.
And again, forgive me, but I don't understand your argument Aestu.

The argument is simple. The fun factor of real-life exclusives is undermined by making the items have an impact on game balance.
If Leeta were purple, her exclusive combination of traits in a purple doff would have an impact on game balance. Players who do not have Leeta would be at a disadvantage and feel compelled to get her. The doff would become a power consideration rather than purely a novelty.
Novelties are most fun when obtained incidentally and not because one feels compelled to, and players who don't have them don't feel disadvantaged. Therefore, Leeta should be blue, so she is merely a novelty, and the fun factor is not undermined by game balance.
Since I have one, of course I am hoping it becomes purple. For myself.
From the pov of considering the game as a whole, though, I think it should stay blue.

Both technically. You can only slot one Advisor (no other Advisor has a power as far as I know), and thus his power/ability cannot stack.
