Space Combat Taskbar Issue

Hey folks -

New to STO but decently experienced with MMOs (SWG, BSGO). Having said that, I committed a noobish mistake and can't figure out how to undo it just yet.

Somehow while in Space combat, I removed my Fore beam weapon from my primary taskbar. As a result, I can't fire it by hitting 1. The other weaps - fore torps and aft beam - are just fine and the weap in question is loaded in the right slot on the ship.

Just need to know how to replace that key on my taskbar. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :cool:

    Just press "P" on your keyboard to bring up your abilities list, scroll to find the beam and drag it to your taskbar. That should fix it for you. ;)

    AWESOME! Thank you, sir. Now that I can fight with more than 2 weaps, back out into the fight!

    The real answer is spacebar. Higher level ships have more weapons than is practical to fire individually, so you generally set at least the energy weapons to autofire (right-click them so the box turns green), then just tap spacebar to fire all energy weapons.
