Third Fleet tab for Fleetbase feedback

Could we get another subheading under the Fleet section for our suggestions and feedback on the fleetbase and embassy? I work quite a bit with my fleet's Starbase and I would like to place my input in a special place for those suggestions and imputs rather than in the crowd of the General Discussion or General Feedback sections.

    Also we are missing crucial things about fleet :D
