High end sci/tac Fed player looking for a fleet which supports the STO player who prefers PvE PUG gameplay, and which awards fleet ranks on the contribution to starbase projects. I'm a "lone wolf" by preference who prefers to support the fleet quietly in the background through fleet marks, resources, and dil. I'm looking for a fleet which, when it comes to promotions, values the quiet investor just as much as the social Chatty Cathy.

Your efforts would not go in vain, we are currently only tier 2 but we are all committed to getting to the end and grind our way to tier 5 and have fun along the way
so drop me a mail in game or have a look at our fleet page on the forums and see if we match your criteria

This is Lacea, President of UFP Starfleet. We are a family friendly, no strings attached
fleet with a simple and fair ranking system. Our members are from all over the world with
the majority coming from the US, UK and Germany. Our starbase is currently T4 with the
shipyard already finished. We left out most eyecandies favouring functionality and their
benefits for all players. Same applies to our embassy, which is in the finishing stages of
T3
We are in an alliance with 4 other fleets for commom stfs, mission help, etc with a shared
interfleet chat channel.
Also we have a Klingon companion fleet called 'Children of Gre'thor'. Assets there are not
so so advanced there like on the blue side but anyway, if you have a klingon toon with no
home as well, you're very welcome to join in as well. In addition to that we have a website with a forum, that offers information, advice, discussion and fun around STO
Players of all levels and experience are welcome, quiet and chatty ones...

I know you will defenetly get alot of posts from fleets, including myn, and hopefully in the end you find what your looking for. My fleet is a very active one, and we dont really consider ourselves a fleet, rather a family. We all work togeather and I can proudly say we enjoy each other greatly, and absoblutely no drama at all, which is great. Everyone in the fleet has a different play style and we dont look down at anyone. We accept everyone for whot hey are and how they enjoy the game.
We do offer fleet events, that if you wish to group up with members of the fleet we will gladly accept yeah, or if you rather just solo your stuff, thats fine too.
We do offer a fleet reward system for our fleet members, which most really like about the fleet. It allows members to actively donate to the starbase/embassy projects and not only help the fleet they so love but also be rewarded for their efforts. From markxii purple items to dof packs to even unique lock box ships, we truely value our members and strive to make them feel valued.

Anyone in our fleet is happy to help others when needed, in almost any aspect of the game and in some cases RL. We have a fleet TeamSpeak3 server that we use for voice chat not just in-game but also to hang out as well and get to know each other better (not required, just available). Many of us are located on the East Coast (USA), Canada and the EU.
Although I say our fleet is dedicated, we also realize that everyone has lives as well, so therefore when you need to take the time, you don't need to be concerned about losing your position within the fleet due to RL too. We do not discriminate against such things because we understand that sometimes real life issues and problems can take time to resolve, and that some time is needed to sort things out.
So please, think about joining and moving with us into 2409 armed with the best Intel, the most specific and targeted body of knowledge about STO, and a group of Fleet-mates who will be there with you in the crunch.

We have a variety of members in the fleet. We have both quiet and talkative. There are members who take part in our events and some don't but its always encouraged. Some like to do their own thing but also interact with everyone in the fleet.
Our starbase is currently tier 3, but we will be working to upgrade to tier 4, once we complete the project that gives us tier 4 shipyard.
Most of our members are UK and US based.
