MK XII Phaser DHC or Rom DHC?

Just as the title states.

I have MKXII consoles for both weapon types.

Any opinions on which is better/preferred?

    In general MK XII dhc are the way to go.

    [acc] [crth] ... in what ever combos you like.

    lol yea both are DHC's.

    I'm not sure what I want to do, I guess that's part of the problem lol.

    I switch ships a lot, most of the time daily.

    In my breen ship, I use a plasma build. But im wondering if phaser would be better overall. I have all ships on my main (tac), which is my problem and why I can't decide on a single ship to stick with.

    currently, I typically go between JHAS, Breen, any one of the Andorian, or the Fleet HEC

    Phaser is still pretty much > then everything else even with the nerf.

    My suggestion honestly would be....

    Phaser DHC [acc] [crth]x2
    With Polazrized Phaser turrets [acc]x2
    [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

    Phased Tet or Phased Pol are better. 2 procs for the price of one :P

    Romulan DHCs are awesome for PvE. Not that great for pvp, even if it does the job.

    Phased polaron would be advised if you want the phaser proc.
