Can not create a new charecter

I wanted to try the foundry again after not using it for a few months. I just deleted my foundry character and now it won't let me make a new one. Why not? I have been playing STO since Open Beta. I have been a Gold player since launch. This is the best MMORPG that I have played in my life and I was born before the PC was invented or even thought up.

    The initial foundry character is a freebie and is not replaced when you deleet them. You will need to get additional character slots from the C Store. Found that out the hard way myself.

    it's an option on the character select screen to purchase 2 character slots which I believe is 625 Zen

    It says I have no foundry project slots.

    You buy these with dilithium. just select "Create Content" and you will have the option to get 2 slots for 7k or 4 for 10k. You might need to resolve the foundry character issue first for this to work.

    My friend had the same problem and it turned out to be some kind of bug. He submitted a ticket in-game and it was fixed within a day or two. He got back foundry character slot and 8 free project slots. I suggest you do the same.

    This is some kind of sync issue, it tends to go away if you simply reconnect.

    Nope I still have the problem. I guess I need to submit a ticket.

    I hope they fix this very soon. What until I get my hands on the Foundry. Your gonna have to think to solve these missions! :D Too bad there isn't an evil laugh emote!

    The ticket is not showing up when I click the ? and choose my tickets! Does it take a few days to show up or is the trouble ticket system bugged? My ticket # is listed above. :mad:

    It's more likely yo get seen if you put it in the Foundry bug forum.
